We are located on Mechanic Street and our main offices are located in suite #2, which is located on the bottom floor of the building. There is typically plenty of parking with several accessible parking spots directly in front of our main door. We are easily accessible from Routes 140, I95, & I495. Read the Notice of Privacy Practices, the Office Policies and General Information/Consent for Psychotherapy Services, and the Financial Agreement

For those who plan to pay out-of-pocket, please print and review the No Surprise Act Scenario #1 "No Surprise Act Scenario #2" forms. Your provider will further review an estimate for the cost of treatment.
